Compact, strong and robust
Currently, there are 2 most popular methods for terminating copper or fiber optic cabling in a 19″ patch cabinet.
Usually the patch posts are already mounted in the patch cabinet and the cable is then mounted from the rear. Or an extra cable is routed to the front of the patch cabinet so that connections are mounted outside the cabinet. Often an improvised table is used that is placed in front of the patch cabinet. The disadvantage of this is that there is often insufficient workspace for a makeshift table. And with the second method, the extra length of cabling has to be concealed with some effort afterwards, especially if the patch cabinet is mounted on the wall.

Simple workplace at the front of the patch cabinet
The result of this is the TechBench. With the Techbench, the installer simply attaches his workplace to the front of the patch cabinet. As a result, it is no longer necessary to use extra long cabling and optimal use is made of the available workspace. Once all fasteners are made, the installer simply lowers the TechBench one level to complete the next patch panel.
TechBench is designed as a compact, strong and robust product to which a variety of different patch panels can be mounted. Because the panel can be locked upside down, you simply click the ezi-jacks into place. But also modular or even fully shielded patch panels are easily assembled. You can easily store your tools and parts in the TechBench, which can be easily folded after use. After that, this product takes up very little space in the installer’s vehicle.
